Please use this form when inquiring about a grade for a lesson or exam.

You must follow these guidelines:

• Allow up to six weeks from the date they were mailed for postal lessons, online lessons, or exams to be graded.
• If you submitted the lesson less than a week ago, and want to know if Trinity received it, contact the Online Lesson Submission Coordinator, or the Postal Lesson Submission Coordinator, depending on how you submitted it.
